The marjoram is an aromatic plant widely used in Spanish cuisine for its aromatic
properties. It is collected wild from the mountains but it is also cultivated in the south east of
the peninsula. The Spanish improvement has nothing to do with the Egyptian marjoram,
belong to the genus of thyme. In summer, in its maximum splendor looks a beautiful
flowering in glomerulus of white color and its intense aroma extends to the environment. Its
consumption grows year after year. In full bloom It occurs between June and September.
