Professional by nature, adventurous at heart.

In this interview we will learn a little about the most personal facet of our Sales Assistant, Priscila Badia.

Priscila BadiaName and position at Ventós
Priscila Badia. I am part of Ernesto Ventós’ sales team as a Sales Assistant for the Eastern European markets.

How long have you been working at Ventós?
I’ve been at Ventós for four years; I came for four months… and I’m still here.

Tell us about your day-to-day tasks:
Direct contact with clients, order management, and coordination with different departments to ensure efficient shipments. I also review contracts, payment terms, and customs processes.

What sets Ventós apart in the market?
Ventós stands out for the high quality of its products, strong process control, and a wide stock that allows us to offer fast and reliable service to customers.

What do you like most about your job?
The international environment and contact with people from different countries, which allows me to learn and broaden my cultural perspective.

If you had to create a fragrance with your name, what would it smell like?
It would have a floral heart of neroli and jasmine, with a citrus opening of bergamot that would make it fresh and fun. The flowers would add an elegant touch, and for winter I would include a woody note of vetiver.

What scents take you back to your childhood?
Broom. It reminds me of going to the reservoir when I was little with my uncle and cousin; it was surrounded by broom and we would always pick a small bunch.

Your ideal vacation destination? What would your perfect vacation be like?
Always the sea, whether sailing, diving, or going for a swim. Perfect vacations would be anchoring around the Balearic Islands with good weather, good company, and good food.

Is there any talent or curiosity of yours that usually surprises people?
I’m a Rescue Diver, certified in recreational diving.

What kind of music do you listen to? Favorite singer?
I really like Catalan bands such as The Tyets, Oques Grasses, or Stay Homas, among others, but depending on the moment I also enjoy techno at a festival or some “diva” music to sing at the top of my lungs. This year I went to the concert of the Argentine artists Ca7riel and Paco Amoroso. Quite varied.

What is your favorite hobby?
Sailing in the Mediterranean.

What’s the best piece of professional advice you’ve ever received?
It’s best to tackle important or difficult tasks when you’re feeling freshest and most focused.

If you could have a superpower for a day, what would it be and why?
Time travel. I would prevent accidents and even some illnesses, and with that power knowing the consequences of every decisión, success would be more assured.
