Ventós Group is a global leader in the distribution of Essential Oils and Aroma Chemicals, catering to the Flavors & Fragrances industry with the Headquartered in Barcelona, Spain, we operate through 8 subsidiaries across the globe, including Ventós India in Mumbai.
Currently we are looking for a Sales Manager with extensive experience in B2B sales ideally in the flavors & fragrances industry to join our team in India. This is a key strategic position aimed at strengthening and expanding our business across the Indian region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop strong commercial relationships with key accounts across the Indian region.
- Manage and motivate the local sales team, ensuring alignment with global commercial goals.
- Define and execute the regional sales strategy.
- Drive business development initiatives, identifying growth opportunities in the regional market.
- Deliver on sales targets, preparing monthly reports and forecasts.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, customer meetings, and supplier visits as required.
- Collaborate with suppliers on commercial terms, pricing, and resolve any operational issues (quality, logistics, etc.).
- Coordinate sourcing and purchasing activities across the APAC region, working closely with global procurement and supply chain teams.
- Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, including price negotiations, quality follow-up, and complaint resolution (quality, service, delivery).
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Management, or related fields.
- At least 8–10 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the chemical, F&F, or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage key accounts, and grow business in international markets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
- Availability to travel across the Indian region and attend international fairs.
