Ventós is a global company specializing in the distribution of Essential Oils & Aroma Chemicals for the Flavors & Fragrances industry. Headquartered in Barcelona, Spain, we operate across 9 international subsidiaries, including Ventós USA Inc., based in Kenilworth, NJ.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our U.S. team. This is a key position to strengthen client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the success of a global leader in our sector.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and follow-up.
- Process and manage orders, shipping documentation, and logistics coordination.
- Identify and assess customer needs, collaborating with Sales, QC, and Logistics teams.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and problem-solving attitude.
- Support contract management, stock allocation, and basic accounting operations.
- Coordinate sample and documentation requests.
Profile
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or related roles.
- Fluent in English; Spanish or French is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, proactive and team-oriented.
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel), Dynamics NAV, and Google Workspace.
