Our U.S. subsidiary, Ventós USA Inc., based in Kenilworth, New Jersey, continues to grow rapidly, and we are now looking for a passionate Junior Sales Representative to join our expanding team.
The Role
As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in developing and nurturing customer relationships across multiple sectors — from perfumery and personal care to food and home care.
You’ll act as a strategic partner to our clients, helping them discover innovative ingredients, optimize their formulations, and grow their business with Ventós.
This position combines office-based work with regular travel across the U.S. to visit customers, attend industry events, and strengthen long-term partnerships. It’s a great opportunity for a proactive and entrepreneurial professional who enjoys being on the road and building genuine connections in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across diverse industry segments.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through trust, technical understanding, and proactive communication.
- Visit clients across the country to present our portfolio, discuss projects, and identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales orders aligned with company targets.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, product samples, and technical documentation.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to ensure an excellent client experience.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare reports on customer performance and market opportunities.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, International Trade, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer service (preferably within Flavors, Fragrances, or Specialty Chemicals).
- Fluent in English (Spanish a strong plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a consultative and relationship-driven approach.
- Highly organized, analytical, and results-oriented.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the U.S. (approx. 30–40% of the time).
- A positive, team-oriented mindset and genuine curiosity for the F&F world.
