Neroli oil is obtained by hydrodistillation of Citrus aurantium flowers. As is typical in this type of ingredients, the fact of having a single harvest / year, a manual collectionthat and a low yield, place it in the range of exquisite oils. Neroli oil gives the compositions where it integrates an exceptional freshness and citrus character, its main origins being Tunisia, Morocco and Egypt.
