The customer is entitled to cancel their order within 30 calendar days without giving a reason. The cancellation period will expire 30 calendar days after the product is received by the customer or by a third party appointed by them, other than the carrier.

They may use the template cancellation form below, although they do not have to. To meet the terms and deadline for the cancellation period, the customer will have to send a notification stating that they are exercising this right before the pertinent deadline and the product must still be sealed with the original VENTÓS seal, thus guaranteeing that it has not been handled or processed for use.

If the customer cancels, the provider will refund all payments received without undue delay and, at the latest, within 30 calendar days of being notified of the customer’s decision to cancel the order or contract.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless agreed otherwise.

The provider may withhold the refund until they receive the product or until the customer submits proof of its return, whichever is earlier. In any case, the product must be returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition.

The customer must return or deliver the product directly to our store, located at Carrer Can Sagrera 38, Polígono Industrial Sud-Oest, 08960 Sant Just Desvern, Barcelona, Spain, without undue delay and, at the latest, within 30 calendar days of notifying the provider of their decision to cancel the order or contract. The deadline will be considered met if the product is returned within this time. The customer must assume the direct cost of returning the product.

The right to cancel will not apply to orders or contracts relating to the provision of:
 a) Products that have been created according to customer specifications or clearly personalised.
 b) Products that may go off or the quality of which may deteriorate rapidly.
 c) Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to reasons of health and hygiene and that have been opened after delivery.
